Rock Urban’s Flea Market and Craft Sale is a unique opportunity to shop for high-quality vintage items, one-of-a-kind artwork, and handmade crafts and products while supporting a great cause! Proceeds from this event will go to benefit our missions work in Vietnam.
Vendor Information
Rock Urban is uniquely situated on Chicago Drive near downtown Grandville offering great visibility and a perfect location for this outdoor summer event! We expect a large turnout for this event! We are offering 2 size options for booth spaces as well as a limited number of spaces for food trucks/food vendors. All proceeds from vendor fees will go toward Mission to Vietnam - our organization that provides housing and emergency supplies for families in Vietnam who have lost their homes due to religious persecution.
Spaces will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth fee is required to reserve your space and is due upon acceptance of your application. (10x16’ Market Space - $65, 10x10’ Craft Space or Food Truck - $50)
Vendor applications are subject to approval. Please note that we do not accept vendors selling unlicensed, copyrighted, or trademarked merchandise, CBD products, or service industry vendors. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors of the same product category in order to ensure a variety of vendors.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a contract and payment link via email. Payment is due with submission of final contract. Spaces are not considered reserved until your signed contract and payment are received.
